I need parental consent forms emailed to me by 04/07/10, please indicate if you need to borrow a bike or equipment - the first responders will get the kit (we only have ten sets)
A consent form is available on the blog if you google 'Fitzwilliam Explorers'.
Advise also if you want to bring a BBQ rather than pack up and have a party in the woods!

Reminder for this weekend:
6pm @ hut to load the equipment & please remember when it's over to help unload & put away!
You'll need parental consent (if not already handed in) for both camping & shooting. As staff we are wearing red T shirts - if you don't have one we are bringing spares for you to buy & remember your cash to pay for the food.
I understand some have had problems setting up standing orders - our account is Fitzwilliam Explorer Scouts, Yorkshire Bank, Chapeltown, S35 2UN, sort code 05-08-23 contact me for the account number. For anyone not having set up payments by August we're going to have to claim back payment.
