Freezer Camp booking 28 to 30 Jan 2011

I write to confirm the booking of Sconce campsite BD17 6BE, 28-30 Jan. The cost is £2 pp pn + £70 for the Phoenix building for cooking & dining.
Can Barnsley Explorer leaders please ensure your YP are aware and anyone interested visits www.scouts.org.uk/fs120082p2 to download a parental consent form. Can you please get the completed forms along with £5 deposit in by Christmas, notifying me by 25/12/10 of numbers attending per unit, in order for me to complete NAN and send in a deposit.
Ruth could we please book the minibus? Can leaders also advise me of a suitable time/date/venue to meet and plan food & activities?
