Attached is an activity consent form for activities available this year.
Please get your parents to sign one up with an indication (on the back) which activities you do / don't want to attend. There will also be some more cycling evenings (when we've fixed all the punctures), which need parental consent.
Remember Monday 29/03/10 is the next Tarnoree planning night @ Silverwood (7pm), bring £5 if you're wanting to attend! No Meeting Bank Holiday 5 April
